ScoreUp AI is not a credit repair organization under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not provide credit repair services. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on our educational content, including sending dispute letters to credit bureaus.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep your information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Trial Period: All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Billing: After the trial, you will be charged the plan rate ($47/mo for Basic or $97/mo for Pro) monthly until you cancel.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds after the trial period ends. All charges are final. We strongly encourage you to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@scoreupai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC CREDIT OUTCOMES WILL RESULT FROM USING THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOREUP AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support.
